flexible workplace

In 2009 we project managed the refurbishment of a 55,000 sq ft office space in Birmingham to create a completely flexible workplace where every desk & every meeting room are bookable. A sophisticated booking system means that 570 staff can share just 480 desks saving the set up & running costs for a 90 person office. The project was completed on time, well under budget and its become the template for the rest of their UK sites.
