Our publishing client in Madrid wanted to merge two different divisions into one building. The project required careful integration of IT infrastructure along with an appreciation of different cultures, in addition to different office planning legislation. The project was implemented and this allowed our client to exit a particular building lease on time and thus avoid any financial penalties.
