This motor manufacturer needed extra space in Coventry. Our client was guided through the planning process, then team appointments, followed by procurement for the main contractor. Once on site, an additional 8000sqft of floor space was built for high bay racking, a three tier storage system and two 8m high carousels were installed. The remaining buildings were all refurbished whilst the site remained fully operational for 100 staff.
