RBS
decided to sell their Worldpay cards business and CWP programme managed all
of the required property changes. The scope included acquiring new sites in
4 countries, exiting staff from 7 locations, segregating RBS & Worldpay
staff in 2 UK sites, relocating all London staff to a new headquarters, setting
up transitional Facility Management services and the setting up of procurement
for a new longer term FM service for Worldpay. The divestment process to 'close'
was especially fast track but all of property works were completed on time and
the new business was fully operational on Day 1 of trading.
