creative workplace - project management of new build, refurbishment & corporate relocations

Daimler needed extra space for a divisional HQ in Coventry. Our project manager lead the entire process, from business case through planning consents, then design, procurement for the contractors, then construction. The scope included building an additional 8000sqft structure as a high bay warehouse, with racking, a three tier storage system and two 8m high carousels. A new cast concrete mezzanine was formed in the old warehouse and it was fitted out as a conference centre with offices, then the remaining office buildings were all refurbished. The site remained fully operational throughout.
