Npower decided to consolidate 600 staff based in 4 offices, into one new 55,000sq ft site in Birmingham. CWP project managed the refurbishment in a partially occupied site & the subsequent relocation over 4 weekends. In addition we also managed the introduction of a completely 'flexible workplace' where every desk & every meeting room is now bookable, which involved substantial staff engagement. A sophisticated booking system means that 600 staff now share just 480 desks saving the set up & running costs for a 120 person office. The project was completed on time, well under budget and its now the template for the rest of their UK sites.
